Hello Friends! It's Anna here with my first project created with absolutely divine "La la love" collection by Crate Paper. I am always a biggest fan of all CP collections but their Valentine's Day themed lines are the cutest ever. They have a perfect amount of pink and red with a fun mix of other colors, hearts, cute critters and so many embellishments to choose from.

I started gently, with creating a layout but I also have a mini album in my plans. Layouts are always kind of warm up for me. Getting know with the collection, embellishments, papers. While I am making my first project, my mind is looking for new ways of using the products I own and I usulally get few good ideas of what I should do next.

I had a very fresh photo of me and my hubby, taken during the Christmas time. I changed the colors to b&w, because we were wearing colorful clothes, that wouldn't match to this collection's color scheme. It really stands out nicely with all those pinks and reds around and I love how this page turned out.

I chose pink cardstock as a base and cut one of the papers into two triangles. The point they meet is the focal point of my page. I added my picture there and built the composition around it using different embellishments.

Thing I love the most in all CP collections is the variety of embellishments. You can easily make a textured project, thanks to the different thickness and materials they are made from. In most of their collections you can find regular stickers, chipboard stickers, foam stickers, puffy stickers, layered stickerd plus clips, frames, shakers, washi tapes.

I can't wait to start creating the mini album with the pictures of my loved ones using this super cute line. "La la love" collection will go perfectly with Crate Paper's last yeat valentines line called "Main squeeze". If you have it, you can stretch your embellishments very easy.
