I create few bright backgrounds using Nuvo Powders and stencil. Below you can find my tutorial. 

Also I used Waffle Flower and Altenew stamps.

I start with cutting card backgrounds from watercolor paper and I choose three colors of powders to work with:pink, blue and yellow. 

I stick my paper and add powders rondomly. I lightly dab bottle on the paper. 

I spray a water with a mini mist all over the paper. 

Next I cover this beautiful mess with another piece of paper to get one more card background for a future project.

In this may I got "stamped" stencil with nuvo powders. On a photo below you can see different samples in this technique. 

Using few Waffle flowers I stamped and cut out floral images and colored them with distress ink, but you can use nuvo powders for coloring as well. 

On a small piece of vellum I heat embossed a sentiment using Altenew stamps and white embossing powder.

At last I foam mount all pieces in the centre of the card. 

And my card is done! Nuvo powders have a lot of possibilities and I hope you will them as I am :)
