Today I get to share a new card I made with the April Card kit along some additional items from the shop.


I recently got the beautiful Peekaboo backdrop from Lawn Fawn and wanted to add it to this card, in order to create a little scene.
I began by cutting that out of white cardstock.


Then I wanted to add some clouds for my background, so my little girl and bunny are flying up in the sky. I used the Puffy Clouds border from Lawn Fawn and cut out two clouds and added them behind my frame.


After that, I simply used the blue cardstock from the kit and adhered it behind my frame. I added a couple of birds from the set flying in the sky with blue ink.
Then it was time to color in my images - three ballons, a banner and the teacup. I used Copic Markers for that.
I adhered my images onto the card with some peeking behind the frame to give more dimension.


As a finishing touch I added white Nuvo Drops and my card was done!

Super quick and easy and yet eyecatching and fun!
