Hello everyone! It's Zinia here and today I'm back with two more cards using the beautiful March 2018 Card kit.
The ink blending cardstock and the distress oxides that come in the kit are definitely a perfect match. From the very first moment I saw this kit I knew I wanted to do some ink blending with embossing resist.
I picked all the different floral images that come in the stamp set and stamped them in Versamark ink. I used clear embossing powder but the same result can be achieved with white as well.
My first card was pink. I did my ink blending using the Tattered Rose oxide with a touch of Aged Mahogany.
I cut a pink strip of the pattern paper and placed my "hello" sentiment on top of it.
I did the exact same thing for the next card but this time I went green!
I mixed the Evergreen Bough from the kit with a little bit of Bundled Sage to create an ombre look for my ink blending and finished the card with a few drops of glossy accent and gold sequins.
