Hi everyone,
today I get to share a couple of fun cards using the cutest stamp set ever - Beavers eh from Neat and Tangled!
I am in love with everything Neat and Tangled, their cute images just get me and so I had to use it for todays cards.


The first one features the Maze Die from Neat and Tangled and two cute critters from the Beavers Eh set. I love how they look like they are handing each other something, so I thought it would look really cute to position each of them at one end of the Maze.



First I had planned to create an interactive card, so that the two friends would actuallyhand something to each other, but I had it all wrong and only though about watching a video on how assamble the maze after I had already adhered everything - so that is still on my to create list for a different card!



Also I apparently have rediscovered the love for my white gel pen which I have neglected a lot and have used it all over my images. I really love the dimension that gives the Beaver and the bird!



My sentiment is stamped onto black cardstock and then heat embossed using white embossing powder. I welded it a little to create the dimension instead of just having a flat banner for the sentiment. As a finishing touch I added some Nuovo drops, distress ink around the edge of the panel and a black outline around the card base.



Why don't we move onto the second card I made?


My second card features a different Neat and Tangled Die - the new Nesting Hexagon die. It is SO much fun! The texture it adds in the background of cards is beyond incredible and it cuts beautifully every single time.


I used the beaver sitting on a log and that little bird again, so they can hang out together and be best buddies.
Yellow is my all time favorite color in the history of ever, so I made sure to create a summery, bright ink blended background and really make the die plus the beaver pop! I love the contrast between the red pants, the blue bird and the yellow background.


For this card I also created a banner to stamp my sentiment on and then folded the edges to make it more dimensional. Again I have used Distress Inks for a more interesting, not so flat look to the edge of the card and the banner.
